  I believe we need some direction from the association. We want our community to remain attractive with new siding and roofs, where needed. Unless everyone agrees to make repairs, the community will appear rundown, and it must be done in a timely manner.

   I have a very professional contractor who finished my basement and has built new homes in the tri-state area. They will be doing siding, roof, and windows at my home. One of the owners is a former student of mine and very skilled.
