On my house the vinyl siding was broken; gutters damaged; copper roof has golf balls size dents; window screens are shredded. I'm sure that all the siding and gutters will need to be replaced. How do I find what the specifications of materials need to be used for replacement? Insurance adjuster is coming Wednesday.

I don't know but if we find out let's post on here. The builders of the townhomes that were destoryed by fire matched the other townhomes really well. Wonder how they did that. |

I have the same problem. I live in townhome. I have about 10 - 15 siding panels damaged and need to be replaced. I wonder if contractors can repair just selected ones or need to change all the siding panels in order to match. I am afraid having selected panels changed will get the house will look like zebra.
Also how about get one contractor repair for all home sho like to participate -I would think we can get better deal that way then to go individually.
Any thoughts? |
