Surprising as this may seem, this needs to be communicated.  To the irresponsible person who is throwing their full dog poop bags in the retention pond on Ballymeade Drive, STOP IT!  YOUR  FULL DOG POOP BAGS SHOULD BE PLACED IN YOUR TRASH.  The retention pond is NOT a community trash receptable.
