I don’t know whom I should contact about cleaning snow of our community. But I do want to bring to your attention about how messy the road of our community is. First the entrance/exit of our community is a very dangerous spot with a sheet of snow which becomes a sheet of ice afterwards. Second the cleaned road within the community is also with a sheet of snow. I had slid to Naamans Road one time in the past and this morning my car spun 360 degree while I was driving in the community. I drive very cautiously but couldn’t avoid it. I don't know why no salt has been applied to the entrance/exit area. Have you had any similar experience? Should we recommend an alternative snow removing company?

Salt will be laid tonight by the snow removal contractor.  He assured members of the Board that, given the weather conditions after the last snow band, salt would have had little to no effect on melting the snow or ice.  As a resident of our community, I think he (the contractor) has a vested interest in optimal road conditions within our community.  He and his team were out before dawn to ensure roads were passable for those that had to drive.
