It pays to get a second opinion.  The only thing  we needed was a little caulking around the right dormer and replacement of eight singles.   The roofer did say that while he was up on my roof he noticed singles missing on a couple other homes.  He did not say who.

We should start a posting stream listing all the vendors we like and were good.....  good luck with the repaired roof.  I had mine repaired too recently, some lose tiles AND they replaced the rubber thing at the base of all 3 of the white exhaust thing up there...one actually had liked into my MBR bath.
