Folks....writing about the dog on this website will result in nothing being done.  To get results at all you will need to do the following:

1. Call BC Consulting, tell Beverly Harding at BC the address.  She will send a letter to the home owners. 

2. Call the New Castle County Police when the dog is out side barking.  And keep calling them each time.  It's county code that dogs cannot bark from 10 pm to 6 am or something like that...look it up on the county website

Funny --- When I called Mrs. Elise Nelson to complain about the German Sheppard on Shrewsbury Drive barking, she told me that there was nothing she can do about it and I’d have deal with the police.

Too bad BC Consulting is such a bad management company, with a D - rating from the Better Business Bureau.  I wonder what it would take to get a new management company for Ballymeade?  One that actually cares about the residents' quality of life, not just collecting money…..

MANY people have tried to talk to the people with the German Shepherd on Shrewsbury.  Lots of letters have been sent from neighbors, some have talked to them in person, but it seems that they really just don't care.  This is the same family who was raided at gunpoint by federal ATF agents about 3 years ago, with the homeowner being taken away in handcuffs.  These homeowners are bringing our neighborhood down and it seems like there is nothing that can be done......
