After a lot of research, quite a lot, I was able to determine, no thanks to Pulte, that the windows we all have are manufactured by Patriot, in northern Maryland. If you have any problems you can contact them directly or PJ Fitzpatrick (Concord Pike) is a local siding/windows contractor that has done several things for me with great results. Fitzpatrick fixed the shashes on several windows...they are expensive but the come on time and do a good job. - Peter
