No Soliciting in Ballymeade

The new Delaware State requirement that door to door sales persons must display a state issued license does mean that in a "No Soliciting" communtiy, like Ballymeade, that they now have the right to solict door to door.  They do not, and can be asked to leave the community once police are called.
