HURRICANE IRENE - POWER LOSS - TIME SHORTENED

Our hearts and prayers go out to all Ballymeade residents who suffered damage to their homes from Hurricane Irene.  Some may not know it but about one third of the development did not have power for a very long time during the downpours and long afterward.  Sump pumps had no power and basements and rec rooms flooded.  THANK YOU to one of our homeowners whose street still had power.  She alerted her husband who works for Delmarva and he was instrumental in restoring power quickly.  Big shout out to these folks.  We hope all damage has been repaired by now (Oct 23rd) and that things are back to normal for everyone!
