Treasurer The Treasurer shall have the responsibility for the community's funds and securities, for keeping full and accurate financial records and books of account showing all receipts and disbursements, for preparing of all required financial data and for the deposit of all monies and other valuable effects on the name of the community. The Treasurer shall reconcile on a monthly basis Association accounts whether the signatories are members of the Board of Directors or the Managing Agent, and arrange for the preparation of any income tax returns required of the Association. In general, the Treasurer shall perform all the duties incidental to the office of the Treasurer of a Maintenance Corporation organized under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
